Allama Ibn Faqhani (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates an incident about this Durood Sharif in his book “Al-Fajr al-Munir” and says that the pious Sheikh Musa Zarir (may Allah have mercy on him) told me that he set out on a sea voyage by boat. On the way, there was a severe storm, which is called Iqlabiyyah (overturning). There are very few people who get caught in this storm and avoid drowning. People started screaming and crying for fear of drowning. He, may the peace and blessings of God be upon him, said: Tell the boatmen to recite this Durood Sharif a thousand times Let us save you and read it till death. I awoke and narrated the dream to the boatmen. We recited three sumratbahs together that Allah Ta'ala saved us from the storm.

Sheikh Majududdin Firozabadi Sahib-e-Qamoos, referring to Sheikh Hasan bin Ali Aswani, stated that whoever recites this Durood-e-Pak (Durood-e-Tunjjina) 1000 times in any difficulty, calamity or calamity, Allah Ta'ala will ease this difficulty and its purpose. Will fulfill.
اَللّٰھُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰی سَیِّدِنَا مُحَمَدٍ صَلَاۃً تُنَجِّیْنَا بِہَا مِنْ جَمِیْعِ الْاَحْوَالِ وَالْآٰفَاتِ وَتَقْضِیْ لَنَا بِہَا جَمِیْعَ الْحَاجَاتِوَتُطَہِّرُنَا بِہَا مِنْ جَمِیْعِ السَّیِّئَاتِ وَتَرْفَعُنَا بِہَاعِنْدَکَ اَعْلَی الدَّرَجَاتِ وَتُبَلِّغُنَا بِہَا اَقْصَی الْغَایَاتِ مِنْ جَمِیْعِ الْخَیْرَاتِ فِی الْحَیَاۃِ وَبَعْدَ الْمَمَاتِ اِنَّکَ عَلٰی کُلِّ شَیْئٍ قَدِیْرٌ۔
Allāhumma ṣalli ‘alā sayyidinā Muḥammad ṣalātan tunajjīnā bihā min jamī‘il-aḥwāli wal-āfāt wa taqḍī lanā bihā jamī‘al-ḥājāt wa tuṭahhirunā bihā min jamī‘is-sayyi’āt wa tarfa‘unā bihā ‘indaka a‘la-d-darajāt wa tuballighunā bihā aqṣā al-ghāyāt min jamī‘il-khayrāt fī al-ḥayāt wa ba‘da al-mamāt innaka ‘alā kulli shay’in qadeer.
O Allah! May Allah bless Sayyed Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa with such mercy that He saves us from all fears and calamities because of His power and fulfills all our needs because of Him and thanks to Him, He cleanses us from all sins and through Him, He makes us exalted to high places and through His blessings, He gives us the last of all good deeds. To the extreme, in life and after death, and surely He is capable of everything.
